COVE Board Nominations
Have you ever considered serving on the COVE US Board of Directors or know someone who would be a good fit? Well, maybe now is the time! We are seeking nominations for board positions that expire this year (Treasurer) as well as nominations for additional board members to serve as directors. All board positions are for the two-year term 2013-2015. To nominate a candidate, please contact Len Smith by June 30 via email at lensmith@covealliance.org or by calling 847-367-9456. Hornet Hustle 5K a HUGE Success! On Saturday, April 6, 2013, Highland Middle School hosted a 5K Run/Walk at Independence Grove in Libertyville. It was a great turnout, with more than 300 registered participants! Many, many thanks to all the runners, walkers, volunteers, and supporters who braved the chilly temperatures and breezy conditions. All proceeds will benefit COVE and allow the Piggery Project to finally get underway! The COVE Blog
